Physical Therapist
Born and raised in Cookeville, Linzi attended Tennessee Technological University, receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Physical Wellness in 2012. She received her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis in 2015.
After graduation, Linzi and her husband were blessed with the opportunity to return to Cookeville to work and be close to family. Linzi is excited to be able to work in an outpatient orthopedic setting where she can continue to grow her knowledge and experience. Putnam Physical Therapy™ offers individualized patient care in which Linzi can show her compassion for each patient, supporting a return to their prior level of function and providing quality care for each patient. As a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Linzi enjoys continual learning to provide patients with the best service available. Linzi recently served as the Upper Cumberland District Chair for her state association as well as the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Physical Therapy Association.
When Linzi is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Hunter, her daughter Avery, and their dog. She enjoys reading, watching sports, being outside, hiking, camping, running and walking. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as traveling to new places with her husband. Linzi is also very active with her church family.
