Front Office Representative
Maddie Johnson, resident of Cookeville for 17 years, has been working for Putnam Physical Therapy™ as a Physical Therapy Technician for the past two years. Recently, Maddie has taken on more receptionist tasks and is working as one of our front office staff. Maddie enjoys seeing patients, welcoming them in with a smile, and assisting them in any way she can.
Maddie went to college at Tennessee Technological University, majoring in Exercise Science, Fitness, and Wellness with a concentration in Physical Therapy. Upon graduation in 2020, Maddie got married to her husband, Tyler, and decided to stay in Cookeville to work and be close to family.
When Maddie is not behind her desk, you can find her listening to music, traveling, attending sporting events, or spending time with her husband and their dog, Hope.
